And then there were 3.

Cooper's birth story is a long one. Here is the reader's digest version.

I had a plan, just like I do with everything, I wanted a natural birth experience. No epidural, no induction. I knew enough about labor to know that I had NO idea what to expect and that I might want to throw my plan out the window once I was actually in labor. Luckily, I had amazing people around me throughout the whole process who were willing to support any decisions I made while I was in labor!

In a nutshell, my water broke around 3:00 am and about 23 hours, 1 epidural, and 3 hours of pushing later our perfect little boy was here!

The last 5 weeks have been crazy and tiring and the best 5 weeks ever! I don't know what we ever did without Cooper in our lives! Cooper and I have even been lucky enough to have Andrew home with us... it has been so fun for Andrew and I to be able to watch this little boy grow together! It's crazy how much Cooper has changed already!

Here are some highlights from the first 5 weeks..............
Our perfect, long, skinny boy.

He wanted his hands up by his face all the time... no swaddling for this boy!
